Default Roasted Bermuda Onions
Roasted Bermuda Onions

Choose as many onions as you want -- some people like only 1 -- others may want 2. Try to pick them of the same size.

Place the Bermuda onions either directly on coals that are cooling down or 3 - 4 inches from medium coals. Cook 30 - 45 minutes or until tender -- turn occasionally.

To serve -- squeeze the yellow “heart” out of the blackened crust.
