I will share a "secret" ingredient with y'all, since you are all such great cooks! When I make mashed potatoes, I always add a heaping spoonful of Kraft mayonnaise. That's in addition to the butter and milk. It's surprising what a difference it makes!

BTW, why is this thread under Appetizers instead of vegetables? Just curious.
