Honey Sesame Butter Can be used on various vegetables. 1 cup (2 sticks) saled butter, at room temperature 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil 3 tablespoons lightly toasted sesame seeds or a combination of black and white sesame seeds Salt, to taste Place the butter ina medium size mixing bowl and, using an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, or using a wooden spoon, beat until light and fluffy. Scape down the sides. Add the honey, sesame oil and sesame seeds and beat to incorporate. scraping down the sides. Season with salt. Scrape into a small bowl, serving crock or butter mold and cover tightly. Or shape into a long roll in grease-proof paper (plastic, wax, or parchment) for storing and slicing as needed.
