4 Lg sweet potatoes
4 T butter
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup chicken
1t cayenne
taco flavored shredded cheese

preheat oven to 400 . wash the sweet patatos prick with a fork place in oven and bake about 45 minutes.

carefully cut off 1/3 of each potato leghthwise scoop out and remove the inside of the potat

3 green onions
1 small pkg. radishes
1 large tomatoe
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
can add a touch of vinegar for extra flavor

1 Deep dish pie shell BAKED
3 or 4 cups sliced tomatoes (enough for 2 layers)
1 Cup chopped spring onions
1/2 Cup chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 Cups sharp cheddar cheese graded
1 Cup mayonnaise
Salt, Pepper, & Sugar to taste
