I noticed several posters mentioned knives and steels. Truth is I keep my knifes seperate from my wife`s. No matter how I have tried she won`t use a steel. So, she uses her knives and I use mine. I have to sharpen hers much more often............

My favorite is - A really good Blender. Splurge and get one of the better ones....it is worth the investment

I have special knives too! DH uses his faves & I use mine, but he sharpens all of them, I can do it, but he is better.
