Default Cheesecake disaster?
Hi I made a cheesecake from a recipe the other day and after mixing the ingredients I had a watery substance come to the top. I tipped it off as it wouldn't mix back in and the cheese cake tasted like a block of butter. Any ideas what went wrong?
