I use it sometimes but i can't handle the alcohol smell so i use the store brand one. where i work we use a diffrent kind of spray it works wonders just can't remember the name of it. but it still all good and doesn't have the alcohol smell in it.

According to AllClad, Capahlon and other manufacturers, Pam should not be used with non-stick cookware as it will leave a residue that cannot be safely removed.

I have never used it on NON-stick before---isn't that the reason for NON-stick???

I cook an egg white omelette each morning & use a spray in my stainless steel fry pan! I think I have butter flavored Crisco right now! That or the Olive Oil Pam is what we usually buy.
