Hi Bunti, I really like that mister idea. I'm going to put some olive oil in one. I'm trying really hard to get as natural as I can, short of cooking in the nude!

Hiya Chud!!! I am trying to go more natural too. But no nude cooking here either. That could bring new meaning to burning ones buns!!!

Oh my!
I've used olive oil in one of those pump up sprayers and it just does not keep things from sticking like Pam. Are there concerns about the safety of Pam? I've not heard of any.

I have heard some concerns about the propellant from some of my more purist organic friends, but have not seen any studies or literature about it.

Yep use spray all the time its my quick helper.
At the grocery store its more expensive but I go to the Dollar Store and get the "generic" brand and works the same as the high price spray.

Bunti, Mazolla makes a spray now and is running a series of sort of creepy ads against Pam. Have you seen any of them? Mazolla claims to be natural but they still have to get it to spray somehow. It's so easy to use your own stuff.

Makes sence to me...

I use the buttered flavored stuff on low-carb noodles. Just cook the noodles and spray it on!
