I use President Choice, Blue Menu, Canola Oil spray... 10 calories.
I do the same as Andrew... using it to hold spices on my various "toasts".

I use Pam too, the regular and the olive oil. I couldn't cook or grill without it.

Use it all the time. Wouldn't know what to do without it. It's wonderful for cutting back on those fat grams and calories!

A couple of different cans of Pam are always stocked in my cabinet. I use them all the time.

Are there any downsides, or things to watch out for with Pam?

I have some but I rarely use it. I use alot of olive oil and some butter. To be perfectly honest, I'm a little scared of it.

I use Pam often, but am really getting into using infused oils with my sprayer/misting bottle. Seems more natural. Also, the mister works great for salads, as well as for foods I am going to cook.
