Iced Pina Colada Cream Soup Splashed with Rum

1/2 c pineapple juice
1/2 c coconut cream
6 oz pineapple -- cubed
2 oz white rum
1 1/2 c yogurt
1 1/2 c vanilla ice cream -- softened
garnish with fresh chopped pineapple
Blend all ingredients together at high speed until completely smooth. Serve in wine glasses or other stemware. Sprinkle top with fresh chopped pineapple.
