Thumbs up This is plenty good Chili!!!



2 lbs beef, chili grind
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 teaspoons paprika
4 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 tablespoons masa harina flour
1/4 cup hot water

Brown beef in a Dutch oven; drain.
Add tomato sauce, 2 cups water, paprika, cumin, onion flakes, garlic salt, chili powder, and ground red pepper.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons masa into 1/4 cup hot water to make a thick, but flowable mixture.
Add masa mixture to chili.
Cover and simmer another 15-20 minutes.

Default Turkey Chilli

2 lbs lean ground turkey
16 oz of Thick'n Chunky Salza - Medium
6 cans of Tomato Soup
1 cup Flour
1 Tbsp chilli powder
Oregano

Mix the flour and chilli powder together in a bowl. Put in large crockpot set on high. Add the salsa, and tomato soup and stir. Place lid on crockpot and stir occasionaly while you bown the turkey meat. Be sure to get the turkey meat nice an dbrown and drain all the grease. Do it in three batches if you have to. Add browned turkey meat to crockpot. Stir and let heat. When hot, add some oregano (chopped leaves).

Eat!!!!!

Default Chambord - Turkey Chilli

Same as above, but use lots of Chamboard as you bown the ground trurkey. It will absorb the flavor. Add a few mor onces to the whole mix at the end and stir.
