Default Bruschetta chicken Bake

1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1(6oz) pkg stove top stuffing for chicken
1/2c water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2lb boneless checken breast, cut up into bite size pieces
1t dried basil leaves
1c shreddedmozzerella cheese

preheat oven to 400 degrees
place tomatoes with thier liqid in med bowl and add stuffing mix , water and garlic, stir until moistened set aside.

Place chicken in 13x9 baking dish sprinkle with basil and cheese and top with stuffing mix.

bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done

Made this for dinner tonight and it was EXCELLENT! I made a mistake thought and didn't realize I was supposed to cut up the chicken, I just made it with the breasts (boneless, skinless) whole. It took about 40-45 minutes to bake but otherwise, it was great!! I plan to make it with the chicken whole all the time!
