Default Pork with Caramelized Onions (4 ingredients)

Pork with Caramelized Onions
1 pound pork tenderloin
¼ tsp paprika
1 large onion, thinly sliced
¼ tsp sugar

1 – Remove fat from pork. Cut pork into ½ inch slices. Sprinkle ½ tsp salt and paprika over both sides of pork.

2- Spray 10 inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium high heat. Cook pork in skillet 6-8 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink. Remove pork from skillet; cover and keep warm. Remove skillet from heat.
