Sweet and Tangy Pork Loin

Default Sweet and Tangy Pork Loin

Sampled this at Sam's club the other day and made it for dinner tonight...yummy!

Boneless Pork Loin (mine was about 3#)
1/4 cup EV olive oil (I used less)
Weber Sweet and Tangy Seasoning (kind of a BBQ seasoning...very good!)
black pepper
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp Chicken base (bullion, etc)
1/4 cup orange juice

Slice pork loin into 1/2 inch thick slices. Mix water and chicken base and set aside. Sprinkle pork slices, on both sides, with the Sweet and Tangy seasoning and black pepper. Add oil to skillet and when hot, sear the pork on both sides, until cooked through. Remove pork loin slices from pan, keep warm. Add orange juice and water base mixture to pan and simmer until very thick (this takes a while). Drizzle glaze generoulsy over pork and serve.
MAKES A LOT!
