| Welsh Rarebit
Ingredients:
1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese melted
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon mustard
a pinch of cayenne
1/3 to 1/2 cup ale or lager beer
1 egg slightly beaten
Melt butter and add cheese and seasoning as cheese melts. Add beer graually stirring constantly & then add egg.  |

6 Large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 Heaping Tablespoons of Mircle Whip
1 Heaping Tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 Heaping Tablespoons of Sweet Pickle Relish (I use Mt.Olive)
2 Strips Bacon, cooked crisp and finely crumbled
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix it all together THOROUGHLY.  |

Large sweet onions
Hungry Jack complete pancake mix
peel onions and wash
Slice to desired thickness
separate rings
Have hot grease in pan
Mix pancake mix as if making pancakes,dip onion rings in mix.
put in hot grease,brown and EAT.  |

2 stalks celery, chopped

BEST EVER POTATO SALAD
4 LARGE PEELED BAKED POTATOES
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
½ CUP DICED WHITE ONION
½ CUP DICED SWEET PICKLES (OR RELISH WILL WORK)
2 TBS YELLOW MUSTARD
1/3 CUP MAYONNAISE
4 TBS VINEGAR (WHITE OR RED)
1/3 CUP DICED FRESH PARSLEY  |

| Best Rice
BEST RICE
1 cup long grain rice
Place in dish & cover with lid Bake 20 minutes @ 325
1 10 oz can chicken broth
¾ cup water
Heat to boiling
Remove rice & stir in 2 Tbs butter
Add boiling liquid
Cover & bake 30 minutes @ 325
Remove rice & stir in 2 Tbs soy sauce  |
