Default A bit late, what was your menu on Easter?

We ate out and had poor service, so next year will definetly be a nice brunch at home. What was on your menu for Easter Sunday?

I had dinner at a good friends house the menu was:

Ham, corned beef with a brownsugar sauce, greenbean casserole, mashed potatoes,

Desserts:
Cookies, Brownie cake with coolwhip and blueberries, Angel food cake with pineapple filling between layers and on top and strawberries on top, and coffee cake.

A creamscicle drink, wine
