Good morning Mango. Did you know that caffeine contributes to migraines?
How are your headaches?

Kathy, please share the link. We do like to treat ourselves to a really good coffee occasionally.

I order my coffee directly from Cafe Britt in Costa Rica. All other coffee just doesn't make it with us. I like the dark roast, and their decaf isn't too bad.
So, join me with a cup of Cafe Brit...you will love it.

Kathy, we have ordered from them too--good stuff! We also use Gevalia sometimes!

Thanks for the link, Rosie! I'll check them out. We've bought Gevalia too. Been members many times! We can't resist the free gift for joining! Good stuff, although expensive!

Rosie - I don't care for Gevalia. I tried Jamaica Blue which is about $18 a pound, and I think the Cafe Britt is much better than that. The Jamaica is expensive because they can't harvest large amounts, so they market it as a great mountain coffee. I'm still hooked on Cafe Britt. If I run out of that (which rarely happens) I find Dunkin' Donut coffee a good substitute, believe it or not.
