Hi,

Noob on the site....been a member for a while, just very busy with other things.

I love cooking, a lot of my time is spent in the kitchen, the grill and the smoker. My favorites from the oven are breads evens though I'm not really good at cooking them. On the grill, it's chicken and steaks. From the smoker it's brisket, pork shoulder roast, and drunk chicken.

I'll try to post some stuff, but please be patient for my responses.....it's a busy world out there...

I also sneak in as often as I can, but usually don't take time to post. We just finished a week vacation, in-between a full time job, and evening college courses. Nothing like a challenge to get a person going in the morning .
Love to read everyone's postings, it gives me a bit of a "happy time". Cooking is my love, which I've put on the back burner for just a little bit. Hope you like it here, I do.
