White chocolate is made from cocoa butter, sugar, milk and flavouring such as vanilla, while plain or dark chocolate is made from cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, sugar and flavourings. Milk chocolate is made from the same ingredients as dark chocolate but milk is also added.

Eggs should be kept in a refrigerator ideally in their box or a specialised compartment, away from other foods (although for baking, eggs should be removed from the refrigerator prior to use).

Some varieties of meat are tough and may be hard to cut or chew. Reasons for this include the type of animal, its age, level of activity and the part of the animal eaten

Dark chocolate is the healthiest -- the higher cocoa content, the greater amount of bioflavins there are -- thus more anti-oxidents which are healthy.

That's the only chocolate we keep in our house!!
