I like thin and crispy too and usually only 3 toppings but sometings a couple more.

A salmon pizza, now there is one I have never tried! I believe I would really like that, what else do they put on it?????

I have done it couple of times at home.

But we always end up with leftover salmon which we have to make certain that we eat the next night.

I love thin crust also. Our country club here makes a delicious thin "sort of a flat bread like" crust pizza of the day! I really like the "Greek" pizza they make!

Yonnie, we have made leftover pizzas before with salmon too. I usually try to keep at least one California Kitchen frozen "white" pizza in the freezer & then just add to it whatever we have on hand--works pretty well! Easy!!
