Lightbulb What's For Dinner Tonight [Official]

Well it looks like it will be fresh pizza tonight for me. The wife just called, doesn't want to cook.

Thinking of roasting chicken breasts tonight. Skin on, bone in, with ribs. Lots of good drippings for gravy.

Old fashioned tuna/pasta salad. One of my husband's favorite summertime meals.

I'm cooking boneless pork steaks on my George Foreman! I love that grill! Salad, rice (Basmati) and brussel sprouts. I'm about to go cook now!

Tonight's dinner (yes I am cooking):

chicken breasts that have been marinating in white wine since early this morning. Then at 4 I will add a can of concentrated orange juice that I thawed. But into a 350 degree oven. At 5:30, cook up some rice. Within a few minutes after that we will eat - making certain that some of that good sauce is poured onto the rice and chicken.
