Last night I created! We had a garden salad with Gerard's Caesar dressing, a glass of wine and eggplant Parmesan topped with a shrimp ragu! It was wonderful. I'll post the recipe in a bit!

Mango--have you ever tried bleu cheese butter on a steak?????

I take crumbled bleu cheese (my favorite is Maytag Bleu) and some softened butter, about 1/2 the amount of the cheese, add a little fresh chives & mix real well, chill & serve on top of the hot steak!!!! YUMO!!!!

I've spent so much time on this site and catching up on my frubals on the other site today, that I didn't even think about what to have for dinner tonight.

Definitely will be going out for dinner.
