Leftover Chicken tonight. We have one of those Ron Popiel Showtime Rotisserie ovens. It makes the Best chickens! Also lobster tails. In fact everything we've ever made in it comes out great!

The boys are at the "Air Show with the Snowbirds" ... and I'm all alone. Just got back from visiting FIL at the hospital... Whole Wheat Spaghettini with pesto, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers and goat cheese (my absolute favourite dish) is on for me!!!
And a diet Pomegranate soda with vodka... for an appetizer!!!
Hey... I was supposed to be cruising!!! Remember!!!

Because both of us were at doctor appts (I took girl to pediatrician because of her asthma) in the afternoon, we decided to go out for dinner. We went to our local mall and got a chicken teriyaki combo (with rice, noodles, green beans; and hubby also got Cal roll) from the Japanese place in the food court.
