Lightbulb VIRTUAL Progressive Dinner!

We can't actually meet up to have one, so let's plan the next best thing! We can make this a recurring event if enough people are interested.

Each "virtual meal" will have 4 courses to start.
- Appetizers
- Soups/salads
- Entrees
- Desserts

Everyone who wants to participate, just "sign up" for a course. We can have as many different dishes in each course as we want. Instead of physically meeting and eating, we all post the recipes for our dishes by the time the dinner is scheduled to start.

Any suggestions for improvement, PLEASE speak up!

Our first dinner will be this coming Saturday, September 9th at 6 PM.

What are you planning to bring?

I'll be bringing the Salmon and Caper Crostini (recipe already posted) and the wine to go with it. Might also bring a sample of some locally made artisan cheeses.

We can use recipes already posted since time is rather short, but part of the purpose is to get some new recipes into the mix.

So I'll skip the cheese, and bring another appetizer that I haven't posted already.
