Pecan Crusted Grouper
Pecan Crusted Grouper

Default Pecan Crusted Grouper

4 Grouper fillets (around 5 oz.each)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Tbsps. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsps. Butter
2 Tbsps. Honey
1/2 cup Soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup Finely chopped pecans
2 Tbsps. Chopped fresh parsley

Sprinkle grouper with salt and pepper. Place skin side down in baking pan. Mix mustard, butter, and honey together. Brush it on the fish. Mix bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley. Spread evenly on the fish. Bake uncovered in preheated 450 oven for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes.

I serve it over a bed of lightly steamed fresh spinach with tiny red potatoes on the side.

Note: This is great for company! You can prepare it ahead and just pop it into the preheated oven. It looks as if you went to lots more trouble than you actually did.
