Cajun Shrimp Wraps Ingredients: 1/2 cup uncooked rice1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 small red onion, chopped 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (optional) 1 cup RAGÚ® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed Directions: Cook rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, onion, garlic and Cajun seasoning 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in Ragú Old World Style Pasta Sauce; heat through. Stir hot cooked rice into shrimp mixture. Spoon 1/2 cup filling onto each tortilla; roll and serve. Recipe Tip : To peel and devein shrimp, start at the head of the shrimp and use your fingers to peel off the shell. Use a sharp knife to slit the back and lift out the dark vein.
