Default Finger foods for a baby shower

My friend and I are hosting a baby shower for my sister later this month, but we ran into a small problem: we were going to serve finger sandwiches, but we realized this wouldn't really work. The problem is that several of the women attending the party (in addition to my sister) are pregnant, and they can't eat cold cuts. We decided to try egg salad sandwiches, but we want to do more than that.

Any suggestions? We're trying to keep it simple (read "easy") and cost-effective.

I love seafood, but we're trying to keep cost down, and I know that there are a couple of ladies that don't like it, including one who's helping me put everything together.

I really like the red pepper jelly appetizer. I've had that before and I thought it was great.

A friend of mine also suggested doing chicken and cheese quesadillas. They're supposed to be really simple to make, just cheese, chicken, tortillas, and some seasoning. We can cut them into quarters and serve them finger food style. We're really considering that one.

Grand total, we're expecting to have:

Strawberry & Spinach salad
Veggies & dip
Egg salad sandwiches
Ham sandwiches
Chicken & cheese quesadillas (maybe)
Fruit salad
Cake (I don't know what kind, another friend is making it)
And maybe the red pepper jelly appetizer

Your choices sound good, I'm trying to think of some other things you can try.
