Seriously -- I keep a HUGE plastic bag right outside the kitchen door to quickly throw away things. Garbage can in kitchen too small. I use one of those of construction bags that are extra thick, extra large and can really hold a lot.

My party went well Friday night, used a lot of little ideas to make it easier for me!

The charger plates were once again a help and we used Yonnie's bag idea for trash collection! When we cleared one course's dishes, we scraped them and then stacked in one side of the sink to soak.

David, they are large "service plates" that go under the dinner plates. There is a picture posted over on CLF on the owls of my table last Friday with the Gold chargers! Just makes a nice statement PLUS easier clean up!!!!
