Orange Ginger Pork Chops Orange Ginger Pork Chops 6 lean pork chops ¼ cup orange juice ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 large orange, peeled and sliced Sour cream Trim fat from pork chops. Place in an oblong baking dish. Pour juice over chops. Cook in a Micro Wave oven on High for 10 minutes. Remove from micro wave. Turn chops over. Sprinkle with salt and ginger. Place an orange slice on top of each chop. Cook in Micro Wave on High for 10 minutes. Remove from micro wave. Top each chop with a spoonful of sour cream. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. |
