We have had a Health Rider machine for many years and this past December, we bought a Health Rider Eliptical machine to go along!!! I do 30 minutes a day on the 2 machines (combined), it is wonderful!!! We have a tv in the exercise room so the time just flies when we're working out & watching the news!!!

We have a treadmill in our guest room. I sure wish we had a room to devote totaly to exercise! There is a TV in there though and we can watch whatever while we walk.

Our guest room has:
Pull-out Couch
Loveseat, Chair, End Tables & Coffee Table
Treadmill, Weight Machine, Free Weights
T.V.
It's a bit of a pain to exercise when we have company... especially when they use the treadmill as their "Clothes Butler"!!!

Our excercise room is also a guest room, but it is our 2nd guestroom which we rarely use and it is VERY large, so the equipment actually fits in there pretty well, almost like 2 rooms!!! We have NO reason NOT to use it although I try like mad to think of some!!!!

I do too! Exercise is not fun! Lets face it! Gotta do it though if you are going to eat all this good food!
I'm off to exercise! I'll see you all later today!
Have a great Friday everyone!

We have our treadmill and eliptical machine in the basement. gotta work on getting a tv hooked up down there. Right now we just have a boom box with CD's to listen to.

We've had the eliptical for 5 years but I don't really care for it. My knees get sore for some reason!!

That's strange! That's the reason we bought it, easy on the knees & ole joints!!! I REALLY love ours, I've been off it for 6 weeks due to surgery but just got released today so tomorrow mornng I hit the machines running again!!!!

My exercise equipment is basically the VCR and my cardio taebo tape. I also have an Island dance cardio DVD for a change of pace.

Used to have my mother's exercise bike but when I got married, I left in the condo that I shared with my sister. Now the bike is back in my mother's place.
