Default Holiday EggNog - Lowfat & Perfectly "Legal"!

Lowfat Holiday Eggnog
--------

Eggnog MUST be served at all holiday functions. Isn't that the law of the land? Well here's my version--prepared without eggs, sugar, fat, or liquor, it still tastes exactly like traditional eggnog.

4 cups skim milk
1 package Jell-O sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix -- (4 serving size)
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In a large pitcher, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix, rum extract, and nutmeg. Mix well using a long spoon. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Gently stir again. Serve at once. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.

HINT: If you like thinner eggnog, add 1 cup of cold water when adding skim milk.

Serving size (1 cup)

Per serving: 104 Cal, 0g Fat, 8g Pro, 18g Carb, 446mg Sod, 0g Fib

Points: 2

That sounds good. I'll have to try it. I'll bet it would be good using Land O Lakes Fat Free Half n Half instead of skim. That would add 74.5 calories, but would be a guilty pleasure!
