Second Layer: Beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until creamy. Fold in ½ large cool whip. Spread over first layer. Third Layer: Beat 2 packages of lemon instant pudding with 3 ½ cup milk on low speed. Spread over second layer. Fourth Layer: Spread the remaining half of the cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until chilled. |
