1 twelve ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick of margarine (¼ pound)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 ten and one half ounce package of colored tiny marshmallows
Flaked coconut
Melt together chocolate chips and margarine -- cool. Add chopped walnuts and marshmallows - mix well.
Sprinkle coconut on waxed paper. Spoon ¼ of the mixture and form a log - get the coconut all around.
You will get 4 logs.
Wrap and refrigerate until hard.
Cut into ¼ inch slices. |
