Hawaiian Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz) can crushed pineapple; undrained
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese; softened
1 (l6 oz) tub whipped topping; thawed
coconut
Bake a yellow cake according to directions in a 9 x l3 baking pan  |

| Apple Strudel
To serve 6 people
dough:
1lb Flour
3 teaspoons oil
1 egg
1 coffee cup warm water with salt added
mix all ingredients & let the dough rest for at least 2 hours in a warm place  |

| Pineapple Mango Pie
4 1/2 cups peeled and sliced mangos
1 (8oz)drained crushed pineapple
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T apple Juice
5 T tapioca
2 unbaked 9 " pie shells
preheat oven to 400 degrees
mix all ingrediants except pie crust and butter and let stand in bowl for 20 minutes.  |

| Italian Cream Cake
This is a wonderful recipe for this cake. I got it from one of the ladies I worked with who is now retired. She made it using Crisco and margarine, but I use butter instead. I've made it several times for different holiday dinners.

| Pistachio Nut Cake
Here's an old recipe from my early days of cooking. Easy and delicious!:)
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup club soda or ginger ale
1/2 cup chopped nuts  |

| Coconut Cheese Cake
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup "Cream of Coconut"
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add rest of the ingredients. Pour into one 9" crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
cool and refrigerate 3 hrs.
Top with Cool Whip and toasted coconut.  |

| Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2/3 stick margarine
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
Mix together and press into 13x9 pan.
Make 12 oz of chcolate pudding according to package directions.
Pour over crust.
Spread 12 oz. Cool Whip over pudding.  |

1/2 cup pecans
1 small can crushed pineapples (drained)
1 can sweet flaked coconut
