Default Bishop's Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups packaged biscuit mix
1/2 cup suagr
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 1/2 cups orange juice
3 tabelspoons salad oil
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 6 ounce package (1 cup) semi-sweet choclate morsels
1/4 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup candied cherries
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Combine biscuit mix and sugar in large mixing bowl. In separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. Add to biscuit mixture, beat with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth. Stir in wheat germ, 2/3 of the chocolate morsels, cherries and nuts.. Put into a greased 9 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate morsels on top of batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes.

Let cool in pan for 25 minutes before cutting and serving.
