Breakfast Beef Burritos 2 beef round tip steaks cut 1/4 to 1/8" thick
2 eggs
1/4c shredded mexican cheese blend
2(10") flour torillas, warmed
1/4c salsa
1/4t pepper
1. wisk egtgs with 1T water, stir in cheese,
2. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over med. heat till hot
3. put eggs in skillet and stir until just set remove.
4. sprinkle steak with pepper clean skillet with cooking spray and cook 1-2 minutes turning once.
5. put steak on tortilla top with eggs and salsa and wrap like a burrito
