Breakfast Meatball Casserole I/2 pkg of homestyle meatballs
8 slices of bread, slighly dried
12 beaten eggs
1&1/2c cream
2T hot pepper sauce
1T worcestershiresauce
1/2c parmesan cheese grated
2t pepper
1 lg green pepper,chopped
1 lg onion chopped
2c frozen broccoli
2c hash browns
2c shredded cheddar cheese set aside 1/2 c
1c salsa
grease a deep 9x13 baking pan.line the bottom with bread slices
In lg bowl beat the eggs add next 6 ingrediants to eggs and set aside saute onions asnd bell pepper.
layer broccoli, hash browns, and veggies over bread then pour egg over the top then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
seal with fiol and refrigorate over night
place in 375 degree oven for 50- 60 minutes let stand 10 minutes top with salsa. |  Recipe Tools | | | | | |
