Default Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad

1 large package of cream cheese
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped cucumber
2 small onions chopped
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
3 tablespoons dressing - your choice
1 package lemon jello

Mix cucumber, onion, celery, salt and pepper to taste and eggs.

Mix dressing with cheese. Add to vegetables.
Dissolve 1 package of lemon jello in ½ cup of boiling water. Add to above.

Chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Makes 8 servings.
