Pretzel Salad Pretzel Salad 2 cups crushed pretzels 3 tablespoons sugar ¾ cup melted butter Mix and press into 9 by 13 pan. Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool 1 8 ounce cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 small carton cool whip Blend and spread over cooled crust. Chill 1 large strawberry jello package 2 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries 1 small can crushed pineapple Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and pineapple. Chill slightly and pour over cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. I like to make this a day ahead. |
