Default Fried Cheese!

3 types of cheese--about 1/2 pound each (Jack, Swiss, Cheddar, Meunster)
4-5 eggs (depends on size)
1 can seasoned Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Can Parmesan Cheese (I usually substitute fresh now)
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

cut cheese into 1" squares
Make a dipping station--eggs (mixed with a couple of Tbs milk) in one pie plate, bread & cheese & seasoning mixture in the other.

Dip each cheese cube into the egg mixture, bread mixture & again in the egg mixture and the bread mixture--double coating! Place on cookie sheet and chill at least 2 hours.

To serve, heat oil in a fondue pot or other such pot until 400 degrees. Spear cheese cubes with fondue fork & dip in oil until crispy & golden! You can also make in bulk by deep frying several at a time and serving immediately!
