Mike mentioned on another thread that frubals here may be different than at CLF.

1. Base frubal "power" on post count, not personal frubal totals. Something like this, maybe:
- 50 posts = 1 frubal
- 100 posts = 2 frubals
- Add 1 frubal for every subsequent 100 posts.

1000 posts = 11 frubal "power".

And, if possible, let us hand out frubals 10 times per calender day versus 24 hour period.
