Default make ahead
I'd love to see a make ahead category. Any dishes that can be made ahead and just popped into the oven or served from the frige when company arrives.

Judy sounds like you explained it well.
I know I like to make stuff ahead for parties and put in the freezer for a Holiday party to make things easier to get together that day or as Judy said refrigaratate ahead of time.

Susan, I've got several breakfast casserole recipes that are do aheads and of course there are many side dishes that can also be made ahead along with just some simple prepping of ingredients to have available when the time comes to make a dish!
