I've burned out a few gas grills and have a Brinkman 3 burner now. I prefer to use my charcoal grills. I have a 14" Weber and a 18" Weber which I use regularly according what I"m grilling. Haven't used my Green Egg in a couple of months. That's for specialty cooking like large roasts, pork or beef. For flavoring I like Mesquite or Hickory. |
