You are right Susan!! On both counts. lol
One thing that works for me on stopping nightime eating...the minute dinner is over, I jump up and brush my teeth. It makes me not want to eat anything but water till bedtime. Sounds silly, but it helps. (I am a nighttime binge snack eater if I don't watch it closely.) Funny, I used to be a nighttime smoker years ago....never smoked before 5:30 in the evening. Wonder if there is a connection? |
