FILLING
1 can (170 g) flaked water-packed tuna, drained
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp light sour cream
1/2 cup chopped sweet red peppers
1/3 cup chopped sweet Vidalia onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch salt and pepper

4 large flour tortillas
4 pieces leafy lettuce

1. To make filling: In a medium-sized bowl, mix all filling ingredients until well blended.
2. Place one-quarter of the filling in centre of a tortilla; top with a piece of lettuce. Fold up bottom of tortilla, fold in both sides, and continue to roll. Cut in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

I'm on a diet,.......So I will only use 3 pieces of leafy lettuse....

Then I can use this recipe on the double letter conga line deal.. ...
