Simple and easy appetizer to bring to a party or to work. Serve with Triscuits or your favorite cracker.

2 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese, softened
4-6 ounces of ham, chopped (I just chop some up, so not sure exactly how much)
4 green onions, chopped (more or less to taste)
granulated or fresh garlic, accent, salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
