Default Old Kentucky Lemonade

Ingredients:

1 large bunch of mint
1 cup lemon juice (about 5 large lemons)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 quart ginger ale, chilled

Wash mint and remove the leaves. Set aside.

Mix lemon juice, sugar and water.

In a large picture place the mint leaves on the bottom. Then add the juice mixture.

Let stand at least 30 minutes.

Then add the 1/2 quart of chilled ginger ale.

Over crushed ice in a large glass add an ounce of Good Bourbon. Then add the chilled mixture.

Garnish with a lemon peel.
