Tonight--- Grilled Chicken Wings and Pouch Potatoes. Early in the day I cut up potatoes and soak them in cold water to remove starch. About 2 hours before dinner I cut up some onion, hote/sweet peppers, and red pepper. I also cook some bacon. Then I make 2 pouches out of foil. In a bowl I combine everything and add some soy sauce. I divide the mixture into the 2 pouches. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 2 hours. |
