I love thin crust also. Our country club here makes a delicious thin "sort of a flat bread like" crust pizza of the day! I really like the "Greek" pizza they make!

Yonnie, we have made leftover pizzas before with salmon too. I usually try to keep at least one California Kitchen frozen "white" pizza in the freezer & then just add to it whatever we have on hand--works pretty well! Easy!!
