Last night we had pork roast also with a port wine reduction sauce, grilled asparagus and sliced tomatoes, balsamic soaked onions & Maytag Bleu cheese crumbles. Washed it all down with a good chardonnay!

Tonight we are having eggplant parmesan with (I think) some more sliced tomatoes, onions & crumbles & a slice of toasted Tuscan garlic bread!!
